Orange Juice Smoothie, or what I call Orange Sunrise Morning Smoothie. Brighten up your mornings with a tall order of this fun, invigorating and delicious orange juice smoothie!

Orange Sunrise Morning Smoothie

Are you a morning person? Hmm… me neither! Especially during the cold winter months when the sun barely makes an appearance. For years I struggled to be ‘a morning person’ or the ideal morning person, according to society standards.  Until… (ready for this?!) I insightfully created my own morning rituals, which looked nothing like what everyone else was doing but it worked perfectly for me. I felt so excited to get out of bed and so I instantly became that morning person I deeply desired to be.

The key is to wake up to something that excites you! Part of that is making this orange juice smoothie. It wasn’t until I figured out this key message that everything changed for me. So the question is; What excites you? What would you love to wake up to? Now make this your primary goal!

New Year, New You! Congrats!! I can’t think of a better time to pick up a new habit and feel awesome about it 🙂

Truth is, your morning attitude, outlook and mindset can determine your whole entire day. With this powerful information in hand I felt more then obligated to ‘make sure’ my mornings would look bright and cheery. So everyday I make a point to follow my morning rituals, which always include a tall glass of an orange juice smoothie using Trop50 Juice Beverage. Trop50 is not only a great-tasting orange juice, but it also contain 100% of my day’s vitamin C, is a good source of potassium and has no artificial sweeteners! Talk about goals, how awesome is that!
