Inspired by Yankee Candle New Fragrance Apple & Sweet Fig from the NEW #FallInLoveWithYC Collection. This fragrance has notes of apple, pomegranate, vanilla bean and fig. Raise your glasses because the best is yet to come!

There is nothing more exiting to me than the anticipation of Fall and all the Fall activities like apple picking and pumpkin carving. Foods like baked cinnamon apples, apple cider donuts and apple pie, not to mention the festivities that brings families together. Fall is truly a special time of year!

Every year since my kids were little we decorate our home with warming colors, flowers, cozy pillows and candy corn jars. Candles are placed everywhere for the warming glow and fall inspired scents. Our favorites was always Autumn Wreath and Macintosh, though this year we are loving the new fragrance Apple & Sweet Fig (if you like Macintosh, you will love this one too!).

I look forward to this time all year, for both the bonding experience and fresh new memories we’ll make.

This year we are kicking off the season with this delicious Apple Cider Punch made with simple ingredients like apple cider, orange juice, caramel and sparkling water for a bubbly lift. Feel free to use lemon flavored sparkling water instead. Adults can enjoy a spiced-up version with Rum.

I had a fresh bottle of Jamaican Rum from my last trip to the Caribbean and I can’t think of a better use for it. All you need is a splash and you’re good to go. The flavors are truly amazing!

If you are serving this beverage at a party or gathering be sure to dip the rim of the glass in caramel and sugar for a fun add-on that will leave your guests wishing for more. I highly recommend this step!

As for garnishing be sure to add apple slices, cinnamon sticks, fresh thyme, ice or any other fun toppings you like.

But this is just the beginning. My girls and I will be digging through totes and transforming the feel of our home from summer farmhouse to festive Fall delight, and I am all about that!

I love that I can always rely on Yankee Candle for a touch of seasonality, warming scent and fragrances that elevate the feel of our home, making it nice and cozy whether we are having a quiet night, game night with the girls or welcoming family and friends.

Plus, the candles make for an elegant and thoughtful gift for the season, just pair with freshly baked goods, flowers or a bottle of wine (or rum!).

To make this Apple Cider Punch you will need

Apple Cider – preferably fresh from a local farm. Apple cider is raw apple juice that has not undergone a filtration process to remove coarse particles of pulp or sediment.

Orange Juice – freshly squeezed is best otherwise grab your favorite bottle of oj.

Sparkling Water – the bubbles in the sparkling water add a fun lift to this apple cider punch but you can also substitute for lemon sparkling water or ginger ale.

Rum – I used Appleton Jamaican Rum but you can grab your favorite bottle of rum or sparkling wine. Option to make this recipe alcohol-free.

Caramel – to dip the rim of the glass (strongly recommend this!). Optional to sweeten the apple cider punch with caramel instead.

Sugar – for this recipe I used coconut sugar which is a very brown and coarse sugar but you can use regular white sugar or brown sugar.

As I look forward to Fall, the beautiful foliage and cooler days I picked up a few Yankee Candle fragrances from the new #FallInLoveWithYC collection. I let each fragrance inspire me to create a feel in the room and I can already see Autumn Nature Walk at the center of our home, with it’s soft green tones and fresh scents of the forest.
