Kale is unquestionable an all time favorite green juice but what do you pair up your kale with to make this juice even more powerful ?
When it comes to food I think the sky is the limit! try adding a few of your favorite fruits and vegetables to your juice and your will create the best tasting kale juice.
INGREDIENT 1: ONE SMALL BUNCH OF KALE
On this kale juice my favorite added ingredient was BANANA not only because I love bananas and they are super healthy too but they will smooth things up a bit creating a nice soft texture to your smoothie.
INGREDIENT 2: ONE BANANA
I also added a spoon full of raw vitamins which is totally optional but I wanted to give you the option of adding your protein powder or special vitamin you like to take. And for those who need to make things a bit sweet you can add a spoon of 100% maple syrup.
INGREDIENT 3: RAW VITAMINS, PROTEIN POWDER AND 100% MAPLE SYRUP (OPTIONAL)
Add one cup of water and blend everything for about 1 minute.
