Fall season is just around the corner, with that comes our natural desire for warm foods and certain ingredients is just very appealing. Let’s welcome the apples, pumpkins and cinnamon flavors into our kitchen!
This recipe is very visual and it leaves me with little to say (but I will try). One thing I find important to mention is how fast these will be gone from your table. Kids and adults will love these bite size caramel apples so make plenty to serve.
3-4 Granny Smith Apples
Sprinkles (optional, any color)
Carve the apples in a circular motion, deep enough to make round balls. Insert one toothpick per apple bite. Melt enough caramel to cover all the apple bites (10 seconds in the microwave should be enough). Carefully pour caramel over the apple bites and add the sprinkles.
