Strawberry Chia Lemonade

  • 1½ cups cold filtered water, separated
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup cold filtered water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  1. In a mason jar add 1 cup of filtered water and the chia seeds, cover and set aside for a few hours (overnight preferably)
  2. Add the strawberries, ½ cup water and maple syrup to a blender cup and blend in high speed for 1 minute.
  3. Mix the strawberry juice with the chia water.
  4. Squeeze in juice from a fresh lemon. Shake well and serve.
