Almond Blueberry Lemon Energy Bite

This Almond Blueberry Lemon Energy Bite is a delicious and healthy no-bake treat.
  • 1 bag 3.5oz Frontier Bites Almond Blueberry Lemon flavor
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 5-6 pieces dried apricot or date
  • 2 tbsp 100% maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 bag 10oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (vegan, GF and dairy-free)
  • lollipop sticks (optional)
  • sprinkles (optional)
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender cup except the chocolate chips (I used a Vitamix!). Blend until well combined and there are no large chunks left.
  2. Grab a spoon full of this mix and roll into a tight ball. Freeze or refrigerate for 5-10 mins.
  3. Meanwhile melt the chocolate chips (microwave or double boiler).
  4. Dip the energy balls in the melted chocolate bowl. I used two spoons for this process. If you are adding sprinkles, pour a few over each energy ball. Freeze or refrigerate for an additional 10-20 minutes. If you are making energy-pop, this is the time to insert the lollipop stick.
