Sheet Pan Garlic-Lemon Salmon

  • 3 salmon filets
  • 1 orange and yellow pepper
  • 2 jalapeƱos (totally optional)
  • fresh asparagus
  • brussels sprouts
  • 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Spray a medium size sheet pan and place the salmon filets in the middle and veggies on each side.
  3. In a small glass bowl whisk to combine the butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour this over the salmon.
  4. Sprinkle olive oil over the veggies and add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  5. Bake for 25 mins or until the salmon is lightly brown.
