Blueberry Yogurt Healthy Popsicle

These Blueberry Yogurt Healthy Popsicles are make with only 4 ingredients, no refined sugar for a total refreshing treat with a punch of nutrition!
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 (4-5oz) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut/ almond/ whole milk
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, set aside one of the yogurt cups. Blend until smooth (about 1 min)
  2. Pour the blueberry mix into a popsicle mold, leaving enough space to add in a scoop of yogurt. You may want to do layers or simply leave room in the end to add in the yogurt.
  3. Freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
