Cinnamon Apple Chips

  • 6 macintosh apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ c brown sugar
  1. Wash and peel the apples.
  2. Slice them as thinly as you can. The thinner and crunchier.
  3. Spread the thinly sliced apple on a baking sheet over parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle the apples wight he sugar and cinnamon mix
  5. Bake at 250F for 1 hour
  6. Turn the apple slices and sprinkle more sugar cinnamon (to taste)
  7. Bake for another hour.
  8. Remove and let it cool off before storing.
