Nuts & Seeds Granola

Serves: 1 large jar
  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup raw honey
  1. Add the dry ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for about 1 minute
  2. Spread this dry mix in a baking sheet
  3. Pour the honey equally over the nuts and seeds
  4. Using a silicone spatula, help the honey penetrate into the nuts a bit.
  5. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, tossing and turning the nuts a couple times in between.
