Fish & Lemon is a powerful combination. The sour taste of the lemon over the distinctive taste of fish and seafood makes these two an amazing dish. When it comes to fish the sky is the limit. Fish can be deliciously prepared with only a few ingredients or like many Brazilian fish dishes, a complexity of flavors and exotic ingredients that makes a “moqueca de peixe” taste like heaven.
Fish fillet (I used wild Cod)
Panko bread crumbs
Herbs (parsley, scallion or rosemary)
salt and pepper
Put all ingredients over your the cod, which can be fresh or frozen. Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
This fish dish serves well over a bad of wild rice or with your favorite vegetable.
