  • 16 oz raw unsalted almonds
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions 

  • Place almonds in a high speed blender and process, stopping several times to scrape the sides of the blender. Almonds will be very dry in the beginning but as they break down the oils will become creamy. Keep on blending and scraping for about 8-9 minutes or until the mixture starts to form a paste-like consistency. 
  • Add in the dark chocolate, melted coconut oil and sea salt. Continue to blend until completely smooth. This process should take about 10 minutes. When done, store almond butter in a jar or air tight container.
