I will be honest I am not one who can mouth water over a plate of salad UNLESS it makes my eyes pop. For that particular reason I am always looking for creative ideas when it comes to my salads. Don’t limit yourselves to the classic lettuce-tomatoes-green peppers-onions combo, simply add what you love and create amazing plates.

Mixed greens organically grown
Organic strawberries from a local farm
Mint from my own garden
Coconut flakes (unsweetened)
This is a very tasty combination of greens, fruits and nuts. Usually my favorite salads will have all three items for better taste and best nutrition results.
