Slice the kielbasa on an angle. Set aside.

Melt butter in a cast iron skillet. Add in onion slices and cooked/ boiled yucca. Sauté until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.

Toss in kielbasa and fry on both sides until heated through (about 3-4 minutes each side).

Return yuca to the skillet. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Broil for 3 minutes on high, until cheese has melted and yuca has golden edges.

Serve with fresh herbs and more parmesan cheese.
