Pumpkin Walnut Snack Bread, a delightful Fall treat with super good ingredients!
Pre-heat oven to 350F degrees. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper
In a medium bowl add in the wheat flour, flaxseed, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, ginger and allspice. Whisk to combine
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, oil and maple syrup until well combined. Stir in orange zest, orange juice, vanilla extract and pumpkin puree.
Pour flour mix into the wet ingredients and stir until no white streaks remain. Fold in 1/2 cup of walnuts
Pour batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick/ fork comes out clean when inserted into the center.
Remove from Oven. Top with remaining walnuts (optional). Allow bread to cool down before cutting into slices
