Brownie S’mores Cupcake
Brownie S’mores Cupcake is a triple layer dessert that is perfect to eat warm out of the oven. Fudge brownie cupcake with perfectly roasted marshmallow and topped with a chocolate square!

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 12 large marshmallows
- 12 squares chocolate
Instructions
- Bake brownie according to box instructions. Instead of using on a flat pan, scoop about 3/4 brownie mix into a cupcake liner and bake for a shorter time than instructions recommend.
- When done remove from oven, switch oven temperature to broil. Place one large marshmallow on top of each brownie cupacake and return to oven. Bake for up to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are perfectly roasted.
- Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack. Top each brownie s'mores cupcake with a chocolate square. Allow it to rest for 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
