- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp table sugar
- 2 tbsp hot water
- 8 oz coconut milk
- ice (optional)
Combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a deep bowl.
Using an electric whisk beat until light and fluffy and peak forms (about 2-3 minutes)
If using a hand whisk this process may take up to 8-10 minutes but it will work just fine!
Pour ice and milk in a glass and top with creamy coffee. Stir and serve
