  • Hand or electric whisk


  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp table sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 8 oz coconut milk
  • ice (optional)


  • Combine instant coffee, sugar and hot water in a deep bowl.
  • Using an electric whisk beat until light and fluffy and peak forms (about 2-3 minutes)
  • If using a hand whisk this process may take up to 8-10 minutes but it will work just fine!
  • Pour ice and milk in a glass and top with creamy coffee. Stir and serve
