Chocolate Cherry Bread
This Chocolate Cherry Bread is a seductive combination of sweet and tart flavors, oat based with bites of melting chocolate and juicy cherries.

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk almond or whole milk works too!
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- fresh cherries topping
Pre-heat oven to 375F degrees. Spray a small size loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender and work it for up to 1 minute, or until the ingredients have combined and there are no chunks left. Add cherries and chocolate chunks and fold to combine.
Pour batter in prepared loaf pan and bake for about 32 mins or until toothpick come out clean.
Top with fresh cherries and sprinkle powdered sugar.
Keep refrigerated. Serve hot or cold
