- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter room temperature
- 1 cup organic sugar cane
- 1 free-range egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tub organic vanilla frosting
Whisk the dry ingredients in a small bowl
In a medium size bowl, whisk the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour half of the flour mix into the egg batter and mix. When combined, add in the remaining flour and mix until uniform
Place the cookie dough on a floured surface or between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out until about 1/4 inch thick.
Using a snowflake cookie cutter, shape the cookies and remove remaining dough to roll out again and repeat the process, until all the dough in gone.
Bake at 350F degrees for about 7 minutes or until just before the edges start to turn brown.
Let it cool off completely before frosting the cookies. Add sprinkles of choice.
