- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey or maple
- 1 pinch sea salt
Add sunflower seeds, pecan, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and chia to a food processor or blender and pulse for a few seconds, until they broken down into small pieces.
Transfer to a large sheet pan. Add in goji berries and toss to combine.
Sprinkle cinnamon over the nuts and seeds, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of honey. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes, tossing half way through.
Allow granola to cool completely before storing in a jar.
