Nuts & Seeds Granola (Grain-Free)

  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple
  • 1 pinch sea salt


  • Add sunflower seeds, pecan, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds and chia to a food processor or blender and pulse for a few seconds, until they broken down into small pieces.
  • Transfer to a large sheet pan. Add in goji berries and toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon over the nuts and seeds, a pinch of salt and a drizzle of honey. Bake at 300F for 20 minutes, tossing half way through.
  • Allow granola to cool completely before storing in a jar.
