- 1 liter filtered water
- 1/2 grapefruit, sliced, quartered
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
Start by rinsing the grapefruit and rosemary in running water or let them soak for 10 minutes. It is important to clean them well.
Add grapefruit slices to a large bottle or jar. When adding the rosemary rub it against the palm of your hands to release the oils.
Fill the jar with room temperature filtered water. Allow it to sit for half hour before enjoying it. Alternatively you can infuse your water the night before, for more pungent flavors.
