Apple Cider Punch
This Apple Cider Punch combines the delicious flavor of apple cider, orange juice and caramel, along with cinnamon and woody thyme. This fall inspired drink can be served as is for a kid friendly version or add rum for a fun spin!

- 4 cups apple cider
- 2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup rum
- 1/2 cup caramel
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- apple slices
- fresh thyme
- cinnamon stick
To a large jar add cider, orange juice, sparkling water and rum. Stir to combine. Transfer to a serving jar. Keep remaining apple cider punch in the refrigerator.
Add caramel to a shallow plate and coconut sugar to a second plate. Dip cocktail glasses onto caramel sauce and then coconut sugar.
Pour apple cider punch in caramel dipped glasses. Garnish with apple slices, thyme and cinnamon sticks.
