- 10 oz cottage cheese
- 1 cup strawberries reserve 2 tbsp
- 8 graham crackers reserve 2 crackers
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Add cottage cheese, strawberry, honey, vanilla extract and crumbled graham crackers to a food processor.
Pulse until the ingredients have incorporated. Do not over process, the goal here is to leave some chunks of strawberries and cracker pieces for texture.
Transfer cottage cheese strawberry mix into the silicone cubes.
Top cottage cheese mix with small chunks of fresh strawberry and crumbled graham crackers. Then insert lollipop or popsicle stick. Because this is a thick mixture the sticks should be able to stay put.
Transfer to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
