- 1 cup fresh herbs; rosemary, thyme, oregano, cilantro, parsley (see notes) chopped finely
- 24 oz can olive oil
Wash and dry herbs well by leaving them on the counter over a towel until they are fully dry.
Chop fresh herbs well, to a really fine texture.
Add 1 tsp of herbs and 1 tbsp of olive oil into each cavity until you complete the tray. Cover and freeze.
Remove the cube as needed for cooking
Notes:
- You will need about 1 cup total of finely chopped herbs. If you want a mix of herbs like I did, divide the total amount by the herbs you will be using so they add up to one cup.
- You can freeze the mix of herbs together or freeze each herb separately, like I did.
