Ingredients

  • 1 apple I used honey crisp
  • 1 cup milk of choice I used hemp milk
  • 5 oz yogurt I used Siggi's plant based
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 scoop protein powder I used vanilla
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • oats
  • pecans

Instructions

  • Add the smoothie ingredients to a high powder blender and run it for about a minute until creamy and smooth.
  • Add your toppings of choice and serve cold.

Notes

Note: If not consumed right away, the smoothie may turn darker due to oxidation from the apples
