- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/2 tbsp tajín seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh cilantro garnish
- lime wedges garnish
Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl. Add lime juice, Tajín, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 10–15 minutes.
