Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp peeled, deveined
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 tbsp tajín seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced or pressed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh cilantro garnish
  • lime wedges garnish

Instructions

  • Pat shrimp dry and place in a bowl. Add lime juice, Tajín, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 10–15 minutes.

Air Fryer Tajín Shrimp

  • Place shrimp in a single layer and air-fry and cook at 400F degrees for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Tajín Shrimp Skillet

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 3–4 minutes per side until opaque.

Grilled Tajín Shrimp

  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Thread shrimp onto skewers and cook for 3–4 minutes per side.
