Almond Butter Stuffed Dates
These Almost Butter Stuffed Dates are genuinely delicious, they are easy to make and much healthier sweet alternative, only require a few ingredients and the best part is, there is no subsequent sugar slump!

- 12 unit medjool dates pitted
- 1/4 cup almond butter creamy
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips melted
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 pinch sea salt
Using a pairing knife make a cut on one side of the date, making sure you don't slice throught both sides. Remove seed and set aside.
Scoop enough almond butter to fill the date cavity.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile melt chocolate in a small glass cup.
Dip dates halfway in the melted chocolate. Place each date on a sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and coconut flakes.
Refrigerate the chocolate dipped dated for at least 15 minutes. Keep refrigerated.
