Ingredients

  • 3 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb honey gold potatoes or any small bite size potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 12 oz 4 smoked sausage cooked, cut into thirds
  • 1 bag 12 oz frozen pearl onions

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp bay seasoning
  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When boiling add in the corn (cut into thirds) and potatoes (halved) along with fresh thyme, bay seasoning, bay leaf, lemon and salt. Boil for 10-12 minutes.
  • Add in shrimp, sausage and onion. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter and minced garlic together.
  • Using a slotted spoon transfer everything to a large baking sheet. Pour garlic butter over shrimp and veggies. You can either serve it as is or broil for 3-5 minutes for a touch of color.
