12oz4 smoked sausage cooked, cut into thirds
1bag12 oz frozen pearl onions
1sprig fresh thyme

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. When boiling add in the corn (cut into thirds) and potatoes (halved) along with fresh thyme, bay seasoning, bay leaf, lemon and salt. Boil for 10-12 minutes.
Add in shrimp, sausage and onion. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile melt butter and minced garlic together.
Using a slotted spoon transfer everything to a large baking sheet. Pour garlic butter over shrimp and veggies. You can either serve it as is or broil for 3-5 minutes for a touch of color.
