Wash and since the chickpeas and pet them dry with a paper towel.
Add all the spices and stir to combine.
Bake for 15 mins. Give it a little stir and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Eat warm or cold. Store in an air tight jar once cooled off and refrigerate for up to 10 days.
Notes
If you cannot find the Ancho Rub in a store, you can mix your own using these spices: ancho powder, salt, cumin, brown sugar, coriander, pepper, garlic and thyme.
