  • 3 oranges
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 lemon

  • turmeric 2 small roots
  • 2 cups water blender recipe


  • Juicer recipe: Peel the oranges and lemon.
  • Pass all the ingredients through the juicer
  • Enjoy a powerful concentrated juice.
  • Blender recipe: Peel the orange and lemon.
  • Add all the ingredients into the blender cup, including the 2 cups of water
  • Pulse for about 2 minutes.
  • Using a strainer pass the juice through, retaining the pulp.
  • Enjoy a refreshing health juice.
