Figs, Berries & Plum Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 fresh figs
  • 1/2 c fresh blueberries
  • 1 plum
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 c ice
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  • Wash the figs gently in cold running water and cut the steams
  • Wash the blueberries and plum also, if they are not organic use a natural fruits and veggie wash.
  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse for about a minute
  • Serve in a large mason jar; if you do not consume the entire smoothie, cover and refrigerate for up to 2-3 hours.
