Ingredients

chickpeas
1/4
cup
olive oil
1
tbs
garlic powder
2
tbs
chopped shallots
salt & pepper
Instructions
Soak chickpeas for 6-8 hours in cold water. Rinse thoroughly.
Cook in a pressure cooker with 4 cups of water for 25 minutes.
Remove from the pressure cooker and place it in a baking sheep over parchment pepper.
Pour the olive oil over the garbanzo beans.
Add the shallot and garlic powder.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper
Bake at 400F for 25 minutes stirring twice in between.
