Place the raw almonds into a food processor or high speed blender and pulse.
This process will take you about 40-45 minutes and you will need to stop every few minutes (3-4) to bring the ingredients together as they tend to stick to the sides of the blender.
Half way through you will notice the almond (flour) start to become moist, that's the separation of the oils from the nut. Keep blending.
When the almonds reaches the smooth consistency that you desire, add the honey and a pinch of salt and pulse again one final time for another 3-4 minutes.
