5 Minutes Skillet Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • pinch of himalaya salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Add the spices to the shrimp and juice from one lemon. Set aside.
  • Wash the asparagus and cut into halves. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil on a cast iron pan for about a minute. I like to start with the skillet nice and hot.
  • Add the shrimp and asparagus on to heated pan and cover. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the shrimp to cook both sides for another 2-3 minutes.
