Rosemary & Garlic Seasoned Lamb

Ingredients

  • 6-8 lamb chops
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • sea salt

Instructions

  • Place the lamb chops in a container that can be refrigerated. Add all the spices in a bowl, then mix with olive oil, stirring with a fork. Pour this marinade into the container with the layered lamb chops. Marinate for a few hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bake for 20 minutes, turn chops over, and cook for 20 more minutes, or to desired doneness.
