Berries 'N Cream French Toast

Servings: 6 servings
- 1 French baguette
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6-8 large strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- maple syrup
Slice the baguette about 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Arrange the bread slices side by side in a loaf pan or casserole
Place a slice of strawberry in between each bread slice
To a blender cup add in eggs, cream cheese and milk and pulse for about 30 seconds until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
Pour cream mixture over the bread and strawberries. Make sure to get spread cream mixture evenly.
Bake at 350F degrees for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
Serve wtih fresh blueberries and warm maple syrup
