  • 14 oz sweet condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 oz golden sprinkles

  • In a small saucepan add the sweet condensed milk, chocolate powder and butter. Whisk or stir with spatula consistently over medium-low heat for 5-7 minutes or until chocolate is creamy and easily detaches from pan when angled
  • Pour creamy chocolate on to a greased plate and refrigerate uncovered for at least 30 minutes to cool
  • Grease the palm of your hands with butter or oil. Roll about a 1/2 tbsp size of chocolate on to the palm of your hands to form a ball, then roll chocolate ball in sprinkles
  • Refrigerate brigadeiros to set. Can be stored at room temperature for a couple days, in the refrigerator for a few weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
