Mango Pineapple Smoothie

This Mango Pineapple Smoothie combines the deliciously refreshing taste of mango and pineapple fruit with the warming golden milk spices to make a tasty breakfast that’s satisfying and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen mango
  • 6 oz frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup coconut chunks
  • 5 oz mango yogurt*
  • 1 tbsp golden milk spices*
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut or almond milk
  • handful of ice

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender and pulse for 1-2 minutes until smooth. You can adjust the thickness of the smoothie but adding more milk to it.

Notes

*I used a coconut based mango yogurt but you can substitute for any type of yogurt. If you cannot find mango yogurt try original, vanilla or coconut flavors. 
**golden milk can be fund in most health stories but you can add the spices individually too. See post for more details.
