Bird's Nest Brigadeiros

To a skillet or small pan add butter and melt over low heat. Immediately add condensed milk and cocoa powder. Whisk consistently until creamy and the chocolate is easily detaching from the pan.
Transfer to a buttered or sprayed plate. Refrigerate at 30 minutes.
Add a pinch of butter to the palm of your hands then roll brigadeiro until perfectly round.
Toss in chocolate sprinkles.
Place in a paper or silicone cup. Top with 3 jelly beans each pushing down in the middle to form an indentation that looks like a bird's nest.
I like to alternate between using a whisk and a spatula. I find that the whisk helps to incorporate the ingredients while the spatula can get every bit that might get stuck in the pan.
