Garlic Butter Mushrooms

These low carb and vegetarian Garlic Butter Mushrooms are a  perfect side dish for the holidays or year-round. Each mushroom is full  of savory garlic flavors and a pop of umami. Easy to make in one pan!

Mushrooms are a very healthy vegetable. According to The Mushroom Council,  they’re fantastic sources of potassium, B vitamins, vitamin D,  selenium, riboflavin, and many more vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients: – Cremini mushrooms – Butter – Olive oil – Soy – Cloves garlic  – Salt and pepper – Parsley or cilantro

Rinse the mushroom in cold running water then pat dry with a kitchen towel.

In  a large skillet melt butter, then heat in oil. Add in mushrooms and  garlic, cap side down. Let it cook for 3 minutes then stir often until  they start to soften.

Stir  in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat and cover.  Simmer for 7-10 minutes until mushrooms are fork tender.

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herb of choice and serve.
