Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

Healthy 3-Ingredients + Collagen Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles!

  • 3 cups frozen organic strawberries
  • 8 oz plain yogurt*
  • 4 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Strawberry Lemon
  • 2 tbsp honey


  • Add all the ingredients including the Vital Proteins Strawberry Lemon Collagen to a high speed blender and work it for about 1 minute or until the you reach a creamy consistency.
  • Pour popsicle mixture into the popsicle mold, enough to fill the cavity completely. At this point you have the option to add strawberry slices/ pieces. However in this case you need to leave extra room in the mold for the strawberry pieces. Cover the mold and insert popsicle sticks** 
  • Transfer popsicles to the freezer and allow them to freeze completely before serving (mine took about 4 hours). 


*you can substitute for any yogurt of choice, including non-dairy choices. Coconut, vanilla and strawberry flavors work best!
**this will depend on the type of popsicle mold you have. Your process might look a little different than mine.
