Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles
These Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles are bursting with the vibrant sweetness of ripe strawberries and the creamy tang of yogurt. Each lick is a refreshing explosion of flavor that will cool you down on even the hottest of days.

- 3 cups frozen organic strawberries
- 8 oz plain yogurt*
- 2 tbsp honey
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and work it for about 1 minute or until the you reach a creamy consistency. Pour popsicle mixture into the popsicle mold, enough to fill the cavity completely. At this point you have the option to add strawberry slices/ pieces. However in this case you need to leave extra room in the mold for the strawberry pieces. Cover the mold and insert popsicle sticks**
Transfer popsicles to the freezer and allow them to freeze completely before serving (mine took about 4 hours).
*you can substitute for any yogurt of choice, including non-dairy choices. Coconut, vanilla and strawberry flavors work best!
**this will depend on the type of popsicle mold you have. Your process might look a little different than mine.
