- 1 1/2 cups basmati brown rice
- 1 1/2 cups filtered water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro minced
- 1 whole fresh lime, juice
Add brown rice, water and oil to the instant pot and season with sea salt.
Cover and turn venting knob to lock position. Cook on high pressure for 22 minutes and allow all pressure to release naturally
Open the pot and add in fresh cilantro and juice from one lime. Stir to combine. Serve
