Ingredients

Chocolate Avocado Toast

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 whole wheat seeded toast
  • TOPPINGS: strawberry pumpkin seeds

Salsa Avocado Toast

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 whole wheat seeded toast
  • TOPPINGS: 1 tbsp chunky salsa cilantro

Hummus Avocado Toast

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp original hummus
  • 1 whole wheat seeded toast
  • TOPPINGS: chickpeas lettuce, chia seeds

Instructions

Chocolate Avocado Toast

  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 secs, stir until smooth. Mix with avocado and spread on toast. Top with strawberry slices and raw pumpkin seeds.

Salsa Avocado Hummus

  • Gently mash the avocado and spread on toast using the back of a spoon. Top with chunky salsa, olives and fresh cilantro.

Hummus Avocado Toast

  • Mash to combine the avocado and hummus. Spread on toast and top with chickpeas, lettuce and chia seeds.
