Avocado Toast 3-Ways
Ingredients
Chocolate Avocado Toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips melted
- 1 whole wheat seeded toast
- TOPPINGS: strawberry pumpkin seeds
Salsa Avocado Toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 whole wheat seeded toast
- TOPPINGS: 1 tbsp chunky salsa cilantro
Hummus Avocado Toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp original hummus
- 1 whole wheat seeded toast
- TOPPINGS: chickpeas lettuce, chia seeds
Instructions
Chocolate Avocado Toast
- Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 secs, stir until smooth. Mix with avocado and spread on toast. Top with strawberry slices and raw pumpkin seeds.
Salsa Avocado Hummus
- Gently mash the avocado and spread on toast using the back of a spoon. Top with chunky salsa, olives and fresh cilantro.
Hummus Avocado Toast
- Mash to combine the avocado and hummus. Spread on toast and top with chickpeas, lettuce and chia seeds.
