- 5 peaches sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp Xylitol sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
Place peach slices and raspberries in a oven safe baking dish. Add honey and sprinkle with sugar, cover and let it macerate for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better, overnight works too!)
When ready to bake, pre-heat oven to 400F degrees. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Allow to cool off completely. Serve with ice cream or as a dessert topping.
