Ingredients

lb
beef boneless chuck roast
3
cups
water
4
large carrots
sweet potato
chunks
white onion
cut up
bay leaf

tbsp
onion powder

tbsp
garlic powder

tsp
coriander seed ground

tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a slow cooker/ crock pot and cook on high for 5-6 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Remove all the broth and transfer to a Mason jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Slice the beef and serve with the vegetates alone or over rice.
