- 2 Salmon fillet
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy reduced sodium
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chilli pepper
- 1 pinch fresh black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400F degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet.
In a small glass bowl whisk the sauce ingredients to combine.
Pour over the Salmon fillets equally. Add the fresh cranberries.
Bake for 20 minutes then broil for up to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
